How should I care for FOI garments?

For optimal longevity, machine wash your FOI garments on a gentle cycle with cold water and lay flat to dry.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your FOI purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), we accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

To modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

Do you have physical store locations?

Currently, FOI operates exclusively online. We do, however, participate in various pop-up events and collaborations. Follow us on social media for updates.
